Every item purchased online is picked and packaged by one of our staff who carefully inspect each item for imperfections and damage, so you can shop with confidence knowing that only items of the highest quality will be sent. CHANGE OF MIND
In some cases, the products we offer for sale are handmade or made from natural or organic materials, and there may be small variations between the product image(s) and the product you receive. We endeavour to ensure that all colours and sizes are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. The shade of colour from screen to screen is not a fault or error. This will be classified as a change of mind and returning items based on change of mind will be at the expense of the customer.
You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order.
This includes the costs of shipping the item to you in the first place and the cost of shipping back to us.
Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. Please return items secured in their original packaging.
For a Change of Mind return, The Curatoreum will provide a Credit Note to the value of the returned order (goods) purchased from our web site, provided goods are returned within 30 days, are in “as new” condition in original packaging, and are accompanied by our official receipt/tax invoice.
From time to time we offer sale items and or clearance items on the website. The Curatoreum sell all Clearance or Sale items in an ‘as is’ condition. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law we offer a return on sale items having a major defect or damaged in transit, we do not offer Change of Mind returns on these items.
Often, our Sale or Clearance items, particularly books, may have minor scuff marks on the cover, these minor imperfections are not considered eligible for return under sale conditions. If you have any queries about the condition of Sale items before purchase please contact us.
