Our lead designer Scott Chaseling has been blowing Crumple Vases into recycled newspaper moulds since 2016.

We love the organic forms that are created naturally when the glass is blown into a recycled newspaper mould. The lip of the vase is cut by hand when molten, again giving that sense of the maker’s hand.

They pick up the sunlight beautifully.

Technique: Blown into a recycled newspaper mould.

Dimensions: 10-12 cm diameter x 14-22cm high (variable) These do vary given the very organic nature of making.

Not suitable for the dishwasher

Colours: cobalt blue, purple and amber
